Director/PDMR shareholding

Consort Medical plc announces that a director and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') as detailed below, have exercised awards over ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') in accordance with the terms of the Consort Medical plc Deferred Bonus Plan (the 'DBP') and the Consort Medical Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP') (together the 'Awards').
The Awards were exercised for nil consideration on 19 June 2018 pursuant to respective awards made on 19 June 2015.
The exercise of the Awards was satisfied out of the Ordinary Shares held in the Consort Medical plc Employee Share Ownership Trust.
Also on 19 June 2018, the same director and PDMR below disposed of Ordinary Shares at £12.20 per share with the net proceeds of Mr Glenn's disposal used to cover tax liabilities associated to the above exercise of the Awards only. The relevant director's and PDMR's resultant interests in the Ordinary Shares of the Company are shown below.
