Director/PDMR shareholding

Consort Medical plc (the 'Company') announces that the undermentioned directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities, ('PDMRs'), have received shares under the terms of the Consort Medical plc Deferred Bonus Plan ('DBP').
The shares vested on 15 June 2014 for nil consideration pursuant to an Award made on 1 August 2011 and were exercised by the individuals on 18 June 2014 within the 40 day period allowed for the exercise of options and following the announcement of the Company's preliminary results.
The exercise of the options was satisfied out of the ordinary shares held in the Consort Medical plc Employee Share Ownership Trust.
The disposals referred to below were made on 18 June 2014 at £8.72 per share and were sold to cover tax liabilities.
