Savings Related Share Option Award
Consort Medical plc announces that on 24 July 2019 the following PDMRs were granted options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company pursuant to the Consort Medical Sharesave Plan 2017. The options were granted with an exercise price of £7.74.
Mr Glenn, Mr Hayes and Dr Djamarani have each cancelled the Sharesave option granted to them in October 2018 with an exercise price of £12.04.
