Update on Pressfit Holdings

Craven House today announces that at the extraordinary general meeting, held today, of Pressfit Holdings Plc ("Pressfit"), one of the Company's investments, all resolutions were duly passed.

Pressfit is continuing its preparations for an introduction to the AIM market to help facilitate Pressfit's expansion and further its ambition of becoming a major international company specialising in the manufacture and distribution of stainless steel press fittings.
