BoardΒ Subcommittee Reconstitutions
At a Central Rand Gold Limited Board meeting held on July 20, 2009, two Board Subcommittees were reconstituted as follows:
MrΒ Michael McMahon,Β independentΒ Non-Executive Director,Β has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. The other members of the Committee areΒ independentΒ Non Executive DirectorsΒ Mr Robert Kirkby, Mr Nicholas Farr-Jones and Mr Miklos Salamon; and
Mr Nicholas Farr-Jones,Β independentΒ Non-executive Director,Β has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. The other members of the Committee areΒ independentΒ Non Executive DirectorsΒ Mr Robert Kirkby, Mr Miklos Salamon, MrΒ Alastair WaltonΒ and MrΒ Michael McMahon.
The membership of the Nominations Committee and Technical, Health, Safety and Environment Committee remains unchanged.
