COPPER RESOURCES CORPORATION ("CRC") MINORITIES OFFER DOCUMENT

Further to the Metorex Announcement regarding the acquisition of the Forrest Group interests in CRC and the Mandatory Offer to the minority shareholders of CRC, the company submits:

1. A Metorex prospectus is required to accompany the mandatory offer to the

CRC shareholders as the offer is a combination of a share offer and cash

alternative;

2. The United Kingdom Listing Authority (UKLA) is required to approve the

prospectus to be submitted together with the offer documents to the

shareholders on the register of CRC;

3. Metorex has complied with and produced the necessary documentation together

with its United Kingdom advisors;

4. The documentation has been lodged with the UKLA who are required to approve

prior to mailing;

5. We confirm that there are no outstanding matters regarding this offer other

than the Regulatory formalities of the UKLA; and

6. This offer document will be released as soon as the UKLA final approval is
