("Cpl" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity

Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the London Stock Exchange for 330,697 new ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the ESM market of the Irish Stock Exchange and to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

The application is being made pursuant to the vesting of awards granted in 2014 under the terms of the Company's 2013 Long Term Incentive Plan. Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to be effective on 27 February 2017. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 30,875,856.
