CPL Resources PLC08 September 2006 CPL Resources plc ("CPL" or the 'Company') Brochure of Particulars Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the London StockExchange for 522,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.10 each in the capitalof CPL to be admitted to the Irish Enterprise Exchange of the Irish StockExchange and the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and application hasbeen made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the London Stock Exchange for theseshares to be admitted to trading. The new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary sharesand are issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's employeeshare option scheme. Such admission is expected to become effective and dealings expected to commencein these shares on 14 September 2006.
