DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company today advises that Wilf Walsh and Neil Page have exercised their Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") nil-cost share options which vested in July 2017 as part of the July 2014 LTIP awards. The below sets out the number of shares acquired following the exercise of these options and the current shareholding and percentage of the Issued Share Capital of each of the Directors:

The options will be satisified by the transfer of the requisite number of shares from the Carpetright plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"). Following delivery of the shares by the Trust, the shareholding of Equity Trust (Jersey) Limited in its capacity as trustee of the Trust will be 175,078 shares which represents approximately 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
