Correction to RNS Ref 3382O, released on 04.03.09 at 17:17 hrs, concerning the total number of shares allocated and share price.
DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
On 3 March 2009 the Company was advised that 820 shares were allocated at £4.56 in respect of dividend reinvestment under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included 14 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse and 9 shares for Mr M Harris.
Also included in the allocation were 12 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
