The September 2016 awards under the Plan were made today to the following Directors, over ordinary shares of 1p each in Carpetright plc as follows:

The price used to determine the value of the awards was £2.41 per share, being the average of the middle market quotation for Carpetright shares as derived from the LSE Daily Official List for the 5 trading days prior to the date of the award.
