The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on
15th March at 18.12 under RNS No 6194I.
Shares have been purchased under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") not the dividend reinvestment plan.
All other details remain unchanged.

DIRECTORS INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that 760 shares have been purchased at £9.36 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which total included 14 shares for each of Lord Harris and Mr C Sollesse and 13 for each of Mr M Harris and Mr N Page.
Also included in the allocation were 13 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
