The Company announces that on 23 December 2015 Ruth Evans, an independent non-executive director of the Company, purchased 208,571 ordinary shares in the Company at a consideration of 11.9 pence per share.

This purchase results in Ruth Evans being interested in a total of 208,571 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.02% of the 852,833,955 ordinary shares currently in issue.
