("The City Pub Group" or the "Company")
Grant of Options
The City Pub Group plc announces that on 18 June 2020 the Company granted 2,100,000 nil cost options over ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to certain Directors and employees of the Company (the "Options").
The Options have been granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, are exercisable in 2023 following release of the Company's audited accounts for the year ended 25 December 2022, and are subject to performance conditions relating to the Company's profitability.
Following the grant of the Options, there are options over a total of 3,387,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 3.2 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital (excluding 1,925,000 JSOP shares).
Details of the Options granted to the directors of the Company are set out below together with the information required under the Market Abuse Regulation in respect of PDMR dealings.
