("The City Pub Group" or the "Company")
Exercise of Options and PDMR / PCA Dealings
The Company announces that on 7 February 2020, Alex Derrick, Managing Director and Executive Director of the Company, exercised 30,000 options under the Company Share Option Plan (the "CSOP") at an exercise price of 100 pence per ordinary share of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), electing for 15,000 Ordinary Shares to be allotted to each of himself and his wife, Isabella Derrick (in aggregate, the "Shares"). Subsequently, on 7 February 2020, Alex Derrick and Isabella Derrick sold the Shares to Clive Watson, Executive Chairman of the Company, at a price of £1.90 per Ordinary Share, representing the closing mid-market price on 7 February 2020.
Following the above transactions, Clive Watson holds 2,737,345* ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.44% of the Company's issued share capital, and Alex Derrick holds 431,786 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.70% of the Company's issued share capital.
* Includes 273,593 Ordinary Shares held in the name of Clive Watson and DCD Trustees Ltd as Trustees of The Bar and Kitchen Pension Scheme
