Press Speculation
The Company has noted the recent press speculation in relation to the previously announced search and for a successor Chief Executive Officer ("CEO").
The Company confirms that it has been progressing its search for a successor CEO. However, at this stage the Company's Nominations Committee has not made any recommendations to the Board with respect to a successor CEO and, therefore, no decision has been made with respect to such an appointment.
The Company will make further announcements in this regard, as appropriate, in due course.
