The Board of Cenkos Securities plc today announces that Philip Anderson, Chief Financial Officer,
has indicated his intention to step down from the Board to pursue other interests and will leave the
Company on 31 March 2019
A process to appoint a successor will commence.
The Board would like to thank Philip for his commitment and contribution to the Company and wish
him well in the future.
