Further to the announcement released on 16 October 2019 relating to the appointment of Julian Morse as an Executive Director of the Company, the Company is pleased to confirm that Julian Morse has received regulatory approval from the Financial Conduct Authority. The Board will hold a meeting to ratify Julian's approval shortly and a further announcement will be made in due course.
