TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1AR, Communisis advises the market of the following:
That, as at 10 June 2014, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 198,681,922 ordinary shares each with voting rights, and as at 10 June 2014 no shares are held in treasury by the Company.
The total number of voting rights in Communisis is therefore 198,681,922 (the "Voting Rights Figure").
The Voting Rights Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their voting rights interest, or a change to that interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
