15 June 2006Board Change - Finance DirectorCommunisis plc announces that Mark Whiteling, Finance Director, has resignedpending his appointment as Group Finance Director of Premier Farnell plc. Hewill be replaced by Group Financial Controller, Peter King, who will join theCommunisis Board on September 1 2006, following a full handover ofresponsibilities.Peter King joined Communisis in June 2005. Before joining Communisis, he wasDirector of Finance for Norwich Union Life, a subsidiary of Aviva plc, for fouryears. Prior to working at Norwich Union, Peter spent 11 years with KPMG asboth a senior audit manager and as a consultant specialising in cost reductionand benchmarking.Peter is 43 years old and graduated from Loughborough University with a degreein Chemical Engineering. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1993.Commenting on the changes, David Jones, Chief Executive said:"I would like to thank Mark for his efforts over the last 2 years and wish himwell in the future. I am delighted that Peter will be joining the Board asfinance director. He has made a major contribution to Communisis since hejoined the Group.
