CML Microsystems PLC14 April 2008 CML Microsystems Plc NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIALRESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS As part of a remuneration reconstruction package, on 11th April 2008, theCompany awarded Nigel Clark, Financial Director and Company Secretary, optionsover 153,846 Ordinary 5p Shares with an exercise price of 5p. The award was madeunder an Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) scheme, which is subject toapproval by the Shareholders at the next AGM. The options can be exercisedduring a 7-year period commencing 1st April 2011.
