Director's shareholding

Chamberlin plc (CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, has been informed that Mr Keith Butler-Wheelhouse, the Company's chairman, has acquired 25,868 Chamberlin ordinary shares through his family trust, representing 0.32 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.

The shares were acquired by BW Family Limited ("BWFL"), a company wholly owned by a family trust in which Mr Butler-Wheelhouse is a potential beneficiary. BWFL acquired 25,000 ordinary shares on 9 August 2013 at a price of 80 pence per share per share and a further 868 ordinary shares on 12 August 2013 at 76.5 pence per share per share. Mr Butler-Wheelhouse is now interested in a total of 84,368 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.1 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
