Statement Regarding London Gazette Advertisement
The Directors of Brainspark have noted the advertisement in the London Gazette on 8 October 2010 in relation to the hearing of a petition to wind up Brainspark on 20 October.
The Directors of Brainspark are in discussions with the creditor concerned, a former business partner of Brainspark's Chief Executive Officer for almost 20 years and are confident of reaching an agreement satisfactory to all parties before the hearing date. The Company currently has assets which exceed by over 20 times the amount of the claim.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
