Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Cello Group plc ("Cello" or the "Company") confirms the following:
As at the close of business on 30 May 2013 Cello's issued share capital consisted of 82,683,959 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. The Company holds 237,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of current voting rights in the Company will therefore be 82,446,959 shares.
The above figure (82,446,959 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
