Director's dealing
The Company has been notified that on 17th October 2013 Mark Bentley, the Group Finance Director of the Company, purchased 17,724 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The purchase price was 62 pence per Ordinary Share.
Mr Bentley also notified the Company that on 17 October 2013 he transferred 26,500 Ordinary Shares from his own name into his SIPP. The transfer price was 61.1 pence. The transfer has no effect on the total number of Ordinary Shares held by Mr Bentley.
Following the purchase, Mr Bentley is beneficially and non-beneficially interested in 230,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.28 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
