Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has received notification that on 13 June 2017, Barney Hosey, a director of Cello Signal, exercised share options over 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share and subsequently sold the 20,000 new Ordinary Shares at a sale price of £1.30 per Ordinary Share.
