Termination of offer talks
On 18 December 2008, the board of Cape announced that it had received very preliminary expressions of interest in the Company from a number of private equity houses. All such discussions have now ended.
The Board of Cape is confident of the prospects of the Group as an independent business. The first quarter of 2009 has started strongly, giving the Board confidence in Cape’s prospects for the coming year. The Company's preliminary results will be issued on 19 March 2009.
