Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today been notified by Martin K. May, Chief Executive Officer that, on 8 March 2011, he exercised Options under Cape's Employee Incentive Plan over 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 269 pence per Ordinary Share and, on 8 and 9 March 2011, sold these shares for personal reasons at an average price of 496.06p pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Martin K. May continues to be interested in 600,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.512 per cent of the present issued Ordinary share capital of the Company, and 1,137,412 share incentive awards over the Company's Ordinary Shares.
