Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified by Martin May, Chief Executive Officer that, on 9 September 2010, he exercised Options under Cape's Employee Incentive Plan over 400,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 176 pence per Ordinary Share and, on 9 and 10 September 2010, sold these shares at an average price of 305.2 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Martin May continues to be interested in 600,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.515 per cent of the present issued Ordinary share capital of the Company, and 1,337,412 Options over the Company's Ordinary Shares.
