Application for Block Admission
An application for block admission has been made for 1,100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company ("Block Admission Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM on 28 September 2010. The Block Admission Shares are further to the Company's block admission of Ordinary Shares admitted to AIM on 29 September 2009.
600,000 of the Block Admission Shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Company's 2007 Performance Share Plan, and a further 500,000 shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Company's Employee Incentive Plan 2004.
The Block Admission Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
