Amendment to Application for Block Listing

The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 2,589 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. The application relates to the allotment of 2,589 Ordinary Shares to Tim Eggar, which was announced on 12 September 2011 and replaces the application for a block listing of 20,000 shares referred to in such announcement. It is expected that admission will become effective on 16 September 2011.

The Ordinary Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary shares of the Company.

Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), Cape advises that, as at the date of this announcement and following the issue of 2,589 Ordinary shares referred to above, it has a single class of shares in issue which are admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, being ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and that there are 118,141,876 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying one vote per Ordinary Share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company's Ordinary Shares is 118,141,876 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Rules.
