Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Further to the announcement on 27 July 2017 regarding the results of the Capital Raising, the Company today makes the following disclosures following the participation of certain Directors and senior management in the Capital Raising at the offer price of 55 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Offer Price").
Christopher Stone, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 1,181,818 Ordinary Shares in the Placing at the Offer Price;
Stephen Charlton, Non-Executive Director, purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Offer for Subscription at the Offer Price;
Sally Davis, Non-Executive Director, purchased 23,000 Ordinary Shares in the Offer for Subscription at the Offer Price;
Mark Davis, spouse of Sally Davis, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares in the Offer for Subscription at the Offer Price; and
Robertson Hamlin, Commercial Director (PDMR), purchased 46,000 Ordinary Shares in the Offer for Subscription at the Offer Price.
Following the Capital Raising, the Directors and PDMRs above will retain the following beneficial interests in the share capital of the Group:
