Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
In accordance with Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU), Wottan Holdings Limited, which is a person closely associated with Anthony Bloom, Chairman of the Company, acquired 839,704 ordinary shares in aggregate at an average price of ÂŁ0.27649 for a total consideration of ÂŁ232,173.15.
