Directorate Change
Cineworld Group plc (the "Company") announces that Richard Jones shall be resigning from his position as Chief Financial Officer and is therefore stepping down as a Director from the Company's Board of Directors with immediate effect. Richard has been with the Company for over 15 years and having achieved all that he wanted to achieve with Cineworld, he now wishes to embark on fresh challenges. The Board would like to thank Richard for the contributions he has made to the Company. In the meantime, Tony Yoe and Suki Dhadwar, both Vice Presidents and long standing members of the Company's management team, have assumed Richard's responsibilities on an interim basis and a further announcement will be made as and when a permanent successor is appointed.
