City of London Group Plc (AIM: CIN) announces that, further to the announcement released by the Company yesterday regarding the Capital Raise and Restructure of the Group, it has posted a circular to shareholders (the "Circular") together with a Notice of General Meeting ("GM").
The GM will be held on 8 September 2021 at 10:00am Royal Exchange, First Floor, 1 Royal Exchange Steps, London EC3V 3DG.
