BBHL ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
Belize City, Belize, November 4, 2008 - BB Holdings Limited (London - AIM BBHL) (the "Company") announces that Dr. Euric Allan Bobb (Age 65) has been appointed as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
A citizen of Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. Bobb holds an Economics Degree and Doctorate from Cambridge University.
In 1969, Dr. Bobb joined the World Bank as an Economist. He later left to take up an appointment at the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, where he served as Governor from October 1984 to February 1988.
In February 1988, Dr. Bobb joined the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, where he rose through the ranks to eventually become Chief of Staff to the President from September 1994 until his retirement in October 2005.
In 1994, Dr. Bobb was awarded the Chaconia Medal (gold), the second highest honour for service to Trinidad and Tobago.
Dr. Bobb is also a director of Business Insight Limited but has been a director of no other company in the past five years.
Dr. Bobb has no interest in shares in the Company.
There are no further details that are required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
The Board of Directors of the Company now comprises of Lord Ashcroft, Philip Johnson, Lyndon Guiseppi, Peter Gaze, Philip Osborne, Cheryl Jones, John Searle, and Dr. Euric Bobb.
