Voting Rights and Capital

Chime Communications PLC confirms that as at 31 December 2012 its issued share capital consisted of 82,089,801 ordinary shares each with voting rights. No ordinary shares were held in treasury.

The figure of 82,089,801 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Chime Communications PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
