Board Changes

Chime Communications plc, the international communications and sports marketing group, today announces the retirement of Catherine Biner Bradley from the Board of Directors effective on 30th April 2013.

Catherine Biner Bradley joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in 2001 and has served on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees since that time.

Lord Davies, Chairman of Chime, said:

"We are indebted to Catherine for her time with us and for the contribution made in bringing Chime to where it is today. We wish her well for the future.

Following Catherine's departure and the development of our new strategy we will be reshaping the Board to meet the challenges ahead, and we have appointed advisors to assist our search and selection process. We expect to make new appointments to the Board within the next few months."
