Chime Communications PLC28 September 2007 Chime Communications PLC28 September 2007 Chime Communications PLC ('the Company') Additional Listing The Company announces that as a result of the achievement of the profit targetsset under the original agreement to acquire The Smart Company.Net Limitedinitial deferred consideration has become payable to the value of £716,714.00;40% of this sum is payable by way of the issue of shares with the remaining sumpayable by way of the issue of loan notes. Application has therefore been madeto the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for579,162 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Shares') to be admitted to theOfficial List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It isexpected that the Shares will be admitted and trading will commence on 01 October 2007. The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.
