2013 Performance Share Plan
Chime Communications plc ('the Company'), the international communications and sports marketing group, announces the initial grant of nil-cost options under the Chime Communications plc 2013 Performance Share Plan ('the PSP') as approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 15 May 2013.
The initial grant of nil-cost options has been made to each of the two Executive Directors of the Company.

Each award is subject to the achievement of the stretching performance conditions over a four year period as outlined in the Circular sent to shareholders with the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting on 22nd April 2013.
