Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed on 19th July that Labro Investments Limited ("Labro") holds 121,948,037 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 each, representing 34.67% of the issued share capital of the Company, following purchases on 18th July of 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 18.875 pence per share.
Martin Andersson (the Chairman of Chaarat) is indirectly beneficially interested in the majority of the shares in Labro.
In accordance with the announcement dated 11 July 2017, a further 98,242 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each may be acquired by the concert party within a period of three months from 12 July 2017 without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles of Association of the Company.
