Directors' Shareholdings
Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) announces that four non-executive directors have increased their holdings of ordinary shares in Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited ("Ordinary Shares") by subscribing for shares in the recent rights issue and overseas offer.
The additional Ordinary Shares were allotted on 23 September 2010. The purchase price for the Ordinary Shares was 18.25 cents or 10.5 pence per share.
