Columbus, the oil and gas producer and explorer focused on onshore Trinidad with the ambition to grow in South America, is pleased to confirm that an updated Company Presentation has been made available on its website.
The updated presentation provides details on the Company in general, including on the Saffron Prospect and the South West Peninsula, and now includes details of the Weg Naar Zee Block onshore Suriname which was announced by the Company on 4 October 2019. The presentation also shows the various catalysts for growth which the Company will be progressing over the next 15 months and beyond and can be accessed from the following link

Leo Koot, Executive Chairman of Columbus, commented:
"The Company is pleased to provide further details on the portfolio of opportunities available to Columbus in the next 12 - 18 months. We remain excited by the many catalysts for growth, in particular the Saffron well in the South West Peninsula, the CO2 project we are progressing with Predator Oil & Gas and our new country entry on the Weg Naar Zee Block which the presentation shows is part of the Guyana/Suriname basin.
With regard to the Saffron well, we are going through final preparations at the drill location and would expect to announce the spud of the well next week".
