Board Change

Clarity Commerce Solutions plc ("Clarity" or the "Company"), regrets to announce that Ken Smith, Chief Executive Officer, has tendered his resignation with immediate effect and this has been accepted by the Board.

For the immediate future, Ken Smith's responsibilities will be re-allocated between Tony Houldsworth, Stephen Sadler, who will become Chief Operating Officer combining his present role of Chief Financial Officer with added responsibility for Operations, and Sir Colin Chandler, who will become Executive Chairman, adding responsibility for sales to his role as Chairman.

Commenting, Sir Colin Chandler, said,

"Since joining Clarity, Ken has served the Company with dedication and perseverance, restoring Clarity to profitability for the two year period to 31 March 2010. These qualities were much in evidence during the tough trading conditions for the year up to 31 March 2011. My colleagues join me in expressing our thanks and appreciation for his significant contribution to Clarity and in wishing him well in his future career."
