Change of Company Name
Further to the announcement on 18 May 2022, and with effect from and including 13 June 2022, the Company has changed its name to CVC Income & Growth Limited.
With effect from 8.00 a.m. on 14 June 2022:
- the Company's new trading symbols will be:
CVCG - Ordinary Sterling Shares; and
CVCE - Ordinary Euro Shares; and
- the Company's new website will be: www.ig.cvc.com
The Company's ISINs and SEDOLs will remain the same.
The change of the Company's name does not affect any rights of shareholders, and existing share certificates should be retained as they remain valid.
