Charles Stanley Group PLC14 November 2007 Director/PDMR Shareholding - Correction This amends and replaces the previous announcement (RNS No 6891H released today at 09:30) under the heading Director/PDMR Shareholding in which the total shareholding was wrongly stated as 13,049 shares. The text below represents the correct announcement. Pursuant to Disclosure Rule 3.1.2 Stephen C. King, a person dischargingmanagerial responsibility within Charles Stanley Group Plc, has notified theCompany that he has sold 1,500 ordinary shares in the Company beneficially ownedby him at 320p and 3,500 ordinary shares in the Company beneficially owned byhim at 317p. His total shareholding is now 11,349 ordinary shares (including 1349 ordinaryshares in his Company SIP). This represents 0.026% of the current issued sharecapital of the Company. Further, Jennifer King, a connected person, has notified the Company that shehas sold 2,500 ordinary shares at 317p. She has 7,500 shares remaining inCharles Stanley Group Plc.
