DE-LISTING AND CANCELLATION OF TRADING OF CHARLES STANLEY SHARES
Further to the announcements made by Charles Stanley Group PLC ("Charles Stanley") and Raymond James Financial, Inc. ("Raymond James") on 21 January 2022 in respect of the Effective Date of the Scheme, Charles Stanley announces that, following an application on behalf of Charles Stanley, the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") has cancelled the listing of Charles Stanley Shares on the premium listing segment of the Official List and the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") has cancelled the admission to trading of Charles Stanley Shares on the Main Market of the LSE for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 24 January 2022.
Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the scheme document published by Charles Stanley on 25 August 2021.
