Charles Stanley Group PLC acquisition of Evercore Pan Asset Capital Management Limited

Further to the announcement made on 14th November 2013 that Charles Stanley Group PLC (Charles Stanley) had exchanged a conditional contract to acquire the entire issued share capital of Evercore Pan Asset Capital Management Limited (Pan Asset), Charles Stanley is pleased to announce that all outstanding conditions have now been fulfilled and that the acquisition consequently completed on 3rd December 2013.
