Board Change

Centaur Media plc announces that Ron Sandler, Group Chairman, has informed the Board of his intention to resign as Chairman once his successor has been appointed. The Group will shortly commence a search for his successor and will make a further announcement in due course.

Ron Sandler, non-executive Chairman, commented:

"It has been a privilege to act as Chairman during a period of transformation at Centaur. With a strong strategy in place, and given successful recent M&A activity, this is the right time for me to hand over to a new Chairman."
