Appointment of non-executive director

The Board of Directors are delighted to confirm the appointment of Ms Margaret Gadow as a non-executive director of the Company.
Ms Gadow has over 23 years' experience in equities investment management. She followed Japanese equities at Credit Suisse (Geneva) for two years before moving on to managing Asian emerging equities for thirteen years, working at Robert Fleming and then Gartmore. Upon leaving fund management in 2003, Margaret served as non-executive director for an offshore China fund for four years and also ran her own investment management consultancy. Most recently, she served as Product Manager (UK Equities) at Schroders in London for five years. She holds a degree in political science and international relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Anthony Taylor, Chairman of the Company, said: "I am delighted that Margaret has agreed to join us. The appointment will further strengthen the Board's commercial, financial and investment experience and complement the executive management team."
Ms Gadow has nothing further to declare in relation to paragraph 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules.
